Note that all costs are exclusive of VAT.
For cancellations, we need five working days notice before the date of the course or examination, otherwise the cost of the course or examination will not be refunded.
Delegate substitutions can be made, providing all course pre-requisites are met.
We reserve the right to cancel a course or exam due to insufficient numbers of course delegates.
