Mindful Movement Pilates

Date: Saturday 5 April, 12 April, 19 April, 26 April, 3 May and 10 May from 8am to 9am

All events are fully booked.

The six-week Mindful Movement Pilates programme is aimed at developing strength and flexibility for men and women, in the 40 to 55 years old age group. 

This wellbeing programme is funded by the Belfast Health Development Unit’s Take 5 initiative.
