To report a noise problem during office hours, call 028 9027 0428. Our office hours are listed in the table. 

Our night-time noise service is available seven nights a week from 8pm until 4am. To report a noise problem at night when it happens, call 028 9037 3006. 

There is a voicemail facility for you to give your details. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Our online form and email account aren’t monitored or responded to during night time hours or at weekends. During these times you can report a noise problem by calling 028 9037 3006.

What we can do

We can visit or write to those responsible. If we can't resolve the complaint, we'll carry out a more formal investigation and take legal action if necessary.
