The £7m phase three regeneration of south Belfast’s Upper Crescent is set to create up to 15 new hospitality jobs.
Expected to complete in the autumn, the final phase of the regeneration project will see 14 and 15 Upper Crescent repurposed into an eight bedroom luxury guesthouse.
The new luxury accommodation will also include a ground floor restaurant, first floor wine bar and a wellness suite featuring a gym and sauna.
The four-year restoration has been led by Aurient and the first two phases of the project saw five-star accommodation The Regency open in 2022, and event venue Crescent One open last year.
The guestbook for The Regency already lists former US President Bill Clinton, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Senator George Mitchell.
The Regency Collection will also unveil a membership model seen in cities like London and New York.
