Book a free workshop and connect with nature through art.
Our workshops in the Tropical Ravine offer participants an opportunity to be immersed in our vibrant plant collection. You'll learn the basics of watercolour-based illustration and create a Victorian-themed illustration to bring home.
The workshops take place on:
- Saturday 14 September from 1.30pm to 3pm
- Sunday 15 September from 3.30pm to 5pm
The workshops are for beginners and suitable for adults and children over 11 years old. The workshop is free but you must book to attend. To book, email tropicalravine@belfastcity.gov.uk.
The workshop will also include information on the history of botanical illustration and the Victorian heritage of Botanic Gardens.
