District rate

We agreed a district rate increase of 5.44 per cent for 2024-2025. The 5.44 per cent district rate increase meant an average increase of:

• £0.55 per week, £2.38 per month, or £28.53 per year for a house
• £8.94 per week, £38.72 per month, or £464.69 per year for an office unit
• £7.32 per week, £31.72 per month, or £380.67  per year for a retail unit
