As part of their Manifesto for the Alleys project, 9ft in Common offered Belfast residents the chance to win £50 - £300 of funding to transform their alleyways.

They received a wide range of ideas - everything from events, furniture, websites... you name it!

We caught up with them as they gathered together all of the applicants, chatted about their ideas over food and collectively decided on which ideas could make a real difference to their local communities.
