Parks in Belfast

Ligoniel Park

Ligoniel Park has mature trees, impressive views over north Belfast, scenic walks and interesting wildflowers which grow on the area's limestone. The park has an outdoor gym and children's playground. The park was formed from grounds at Ligoniel House, which was owned by the manager of Ligoniel mill.

Getting to Ligoniel Park

The park is in north Belfast. Enter the park at Ligoniel Road.

If you are travelling by bus from Belfast city centre, take Metro no.57 or 57A, or plan your journey with Translink (link opens in new window).
