Parks in Belfast

King William Park

The park's main attraction is the Belfast Wheel, a bronze map of the city which was donated by the New Belfast Community Arts Initiative. The 12 segments of the wheel contain a design from different community groups, with each piece representing the organisation's home district. The park is beside a Moravian church, dating from the late 1800s.

Getting to King William Park

King William Park is between the junctions of University Road and Lisburn Road in south Belfast. Take Metro bus no.8 or 9, or plan your journey with Translink (link opens in new window).
