Youth Start is dedicated to empowering Belfast residents aged 16 to 24 who are not in education, training, or employment.

They are currently recruiting new participants for a person-centred initiative that focuses on four themes.

  1. Personal Development: mentoring, activities and overcoming barriers to personal growth.
  2. Training: providing four qualifications with Maths and ICT.
  3. Employment Academies: industry-specific training, site visits, work placement and to prepare participants for the workforce.
  4. Work Placement: offering hands-on experience in a field of the participant's choosing.

Participants will receive many benefits, including £20 per week training allowance, travel expenses, lunches, and childcare support if needed.

Our Employability and Skills team is hosting an information webinar so Springvale Learning can tell you more about Youth Start’s key themes and eligibility.

For more information, call Springvale Learning on 07485 394 456 or email [email protected].

The webinar will be held on MS Teams.
