Come along to one of our inclusive cycling Try-it sessions, organised in conjunction with Cycling Ireland and Disability Sport NI.

Designed to suit all abilities, these sessions give you the opportunity to test-drive inclusive bikes in a safe, supervised cycling area and will include:

  • trikes (in various sizes)
  • hand cycles (both adult and junior)
  • side-by-side tandem
  • wheelchair transporter bike; and
  • standard tandems.

Each session will allow you to try out the different bikes on a designated test track and finish with a ride around Ormeau Park on the bike of your choice with family, friends and siblings alongside a Cycling Ireland Coach.

This is a free event. However, there are limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
