Does your tourism business want to go the extra mile for Autistic visitors?

This short, practical masterclass will help you communicate more confidently with Autistic visitors.

You will explore the key communication differences experienced by Autistic people. You will also learn a range of strategies to support effective communication from customer service to thinking widely about how to ensure the information you provide is accessible to Autistic customers. 

You will also hear from Belfast Zoo about how it achieved the Autism Impact Award from Autism NI.

This masterclass is delivered by Open Arts in partnership with Autism NI for Belfast City Council and the inclusive tourism working group.
