Culture and creativity come together in a magical programme of events finishing with the spectacular finale.

Highlights include:

• Mela Carnival - soak up the party vibe as our carnival parade returns through the city centre finishing with a global party in the grounds of City Hall.
• Mela Day - for the festival finale, Botanic Gardens will be transformed into a global wonderland of music, dance, food and art.
