Visit the Christmas Market during its 20th year outside City Hall.
This year’s market will transport you to the Victorian era with a Dickensian-themed Christmas market experience.
On the opening weekend (16 and 17 November) and third weekend (30 November to 1 December), you’ll be immersed in the charm of Charles Dickens's world. Stroll through the market alongside iconic characters from his stories. Enjoy enchanting storytelling and lively performances that bring his works to life.
The festive village will offer an array of quality Christmas fayre, handcrafted goods and bespoke artisan products. If you fancy a treat, you can feast on exotic meat burgers, sip a soothing mug of hot Glühwein, indulge in some delicious Italian chocolates or taste specialty cheeses from across the world.
Stop at our Jolly Big Business Boost competition winners' stall to browse stylish and personalised pet accessories. Traders from St George’s Market will also be there, offering a range of homegrown goods.
