What to do instead
To save a webpage as a PDF, on desktop, right click and select Print from the menu (or use Ctrl+P). In the 'destination' or 'Printer' field, select Save as PDF. Select Save, and save to the folder you want.
On an Apple iPhone, on Safari, select the Share icon and select Print from the menu. Select the Share icon again and Save to Files. Save the webpage as a PDF to the folder you want.
On an Android mobile, select the Menu button (three lines icon). Select the Print/PDF button. Then select the select Printer button at the top of the screen and Save the webpage as a PDF to where you want.
