A pitch booking will not be confirmed until this booking form has been completed in full and confirmations received.
Usage of the pitches without prior booking and confirmation being received by the Pitches Team will be deemed as illegal play and future requests may be refused, confirmations may be requested on arrival to site.
Casual bookings must be paid for at the time of booking.
