Procurement legislation is changing. The Procurement Act 2023 (link opens in new window) will become law in February 2025. This will change the way we can procure supplies, services and works.
To support preparation for the changes, the Cabinet Office has created a dedicated supplier information page which includes guidance covering subjects from transitional arrangements to pre-market engagement, award, exclusions, and contract modifications.
You should review the guidance alongside the Procurement Act 2023 Knowledge Drop for Contracting Authorities Northern Ireland (link opens in new window). This highlights some exemptions or differences to the main rules in the act for contracting authorities in Northern Ireland.
To read more information on the procurement changes, go to Transforming Public Procurement (link opens in new window).
Our standard terms and conditions are incorporated in all our contracts.
If personal data will be processed as part of an awarded contract, then General Data Protection Reregulation (GDPR) terms and conditions will apply.

As part of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)/ Integrated Management System (IMS) and to integrate sustainability into procurement, we have produced a Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy Statement which sets out our commitments to sustainability.
As a supplier, your contribution and your environmental performance has a major influence on our environmental impact. We believe that suppliers who effectively embrace environment concerns are making an investment which will provide a long-term competitive advantage.
Our Social Value Procurement Policy outlines the approach we are taking to integrate sustainability into the procurement of goods, works and services to optimise the economic, social and environmental benefits in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.
We are committed to supporting equality and good relations principles.
