We are offering test trading opportunities at St George’s Market to those receiving support through our business start-up and growth support programmes. This will give businesses starting out or those who have been in business less than two years and currently do not have a permanent trading premises the opportunity to test trade their products at St George’s Market.
Taking part is free of charge and you will have the opportunity to test trade six times.

When receiving a stall at St George’s Market, traders automatically sign up to the rules and regulations of the market set out in the trader’s permit, the code of conduct and Market bye-laws.
We will provide details of these to all successful applicants.
St George’s Market is one of Belfast’s oldest attractions. Built between 1890 and 1896, it’s now one of the best markets in the UK and Ireland and has been selected for numerous local and national titles and awards for its fresh, local produce and great atmosphere.
St George’s holds a weekly Friday Variety Market, the City Food and Craft Market on Saturdays and the Sunday Market, as well as hosting a range of events throughout the year.
