City Hall
We light up the building for events which we have organised in City Hall or the grounds. We will only accept other requests to light up City Hall in exceptional circumstances. For more information, email cityhallfunctions@belfastcity.gov.uk. Due to our City Hall festive lighting programme, we are unable to accommodate illumination requests between Friday 15 November 2024 and Tuesday 7 January 2025.

Belfast City Hall is a Grade A listed building. We use white light to illuminate the exterior most of the time, which is best for highlighting the building's beautiful architectural features.
Our LED lighting system at City Hall reduces our energy costs and allows us to light up the building in various colours and combinations.
