Cashless parking

A cashless parking system is available for all our charged car parks. This system allows you to pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than cash. From 6 January 2020 this service is provided by JustPark. It was previously provided by Parkmobile.

To use this service you must register for the JustPark Cashless Payment System. Once registered, you can pay for and manage your parking using your mobile phone, mobile app or online.

You can download the JustPark app from:

You can find out more on the NI Direct website, the JustPark website or by calling 028 9575 7988.

Season tickets

You can buy a monthly or quarterly season ticket for some of our car parks at a reduced parking rate. Read the charged car parks table for availability and prices. If you want to buy a season ticket, call NSL Limited on 03301 358 927.

Paying parking fines

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) will help us with car parking. On-the-ground enforcement is provided by DfI’s contractor, NSL Services Group (NSL), who employs traffic attendants to patrol car parks and issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles which break the parking restrictions. DfI will process PCNs and deal with all representations and appeals on our behalf.

For more information on parking breaches, read DfI’s Parking Enforcement Protocol.

Queries about parking tickets or PCNs

If you have any queries around parking tickets (PCNs), visit the NI Direct website.

Complaints about a traffic attendant

If you've a complaint about the behaviour of traffic attendants, visit NSL.co.uk

Blue Badge scheme

The Blue Badge scheme helps you park closer to your destination if you have mobility problems.

Apply for an accessible parking bay

An accessible parking bay is a reserved space on the public road for use by Blue Badge holders only. In some circumstances you can apply for a bay near your home or work.
