Fixed Penalty Notices
It is an offence to not display your valid rating sticker at, or near each relevant entrance where it can be easily seen and read by customers before they enter the establishment, and or to display a rating sticker that is no longer valid.
If you fail to display your sticker or display an incorrect sticker we can issue a fixed penalty notice.
The amounts for these offences are below:

A discount of 25 per cent is applied to payments that are made within the first 14 days. This period begins on the day the notice was given.
Paying a Fixed Penalty
To pay a fixed penalty you will need your unique Premises Reference Number (PRN) code. This can be found on your food hygiene rating notification letter.
